My sister had come back from a 12 hour shift, absolutely Hank Marvin, and she thought to order some dominoes. The thought of the food must?ve been mesmerising after a gruelling day at work, and she placed her order with a big smile on her face, expecting to tuck in within the next hour?THREE hours later and she?s had to go to bed, stomach rumbling as if Godzilla is in there causing destruction and the grub turns up. We only found out because of a notification saying enjoy your meal and found the food out there freezing it?s tits off as if it?s been to the North Pole and back. I?ve spoken to many support workers who tried to help their best but all that came out of it was £5 credit which btw was taken off us when the food came 3 hours later. No one knocked. Sister malnourished. Highly recommend you steer clear of this place and save your money (or order three hours before you want to eat so it can be there for when you?re hungry)

No cheese does not mean no cheese it means no cheese on the base - really hate not being able to eat cheese. Guess I cannot eat pizza ever again, thank you Dominos for the clarity.

Service is absolutely appalling, there was an issue with the website in which our order went through twice and they refused to give me the full refund for the first order, the lady on the phone was so disgustingly rude, hung up before I was finished speaking, practically robbed me for my money, I would honestly avoid this dominos at all costs, I?ve had problems when they have delivered the food before, where the staff have just been so rude to me, they bang on the glass bit of the door or the windows so hard to the point I feel like they are going to break it!!! Seriously think they need a complete change of staff and can?t believe they?re getting away with this level of service

Ordered online. Two large pizzas. Arrived within minutes. Completely confused how this was possible. Also large looked nearer to medium. It was as if everything was just thrown on. They totally forgot to season my pizzas aswell. Never again. Too costly for tasteless pizzas!

Pizza always cold ?. Why is that Domino's?? You take my hard earned cash and give me cold food? I've ordered 3 times now over a few months and always the same. My house is literally 5 minutes away by car, so it's just bad customer service. Check out another review further down from mine. Won't order again.
