The service from the Manchester All Saints branch of Domino's was absolutely appalling. We ordered at 7.30 pm from their website with an expected 8pm delivery, and got confirmation. On tracking the order, we realised the driver had stopped in another street nearby. Our order never arrived. We made 11 calls in an attempt to get our order. On most of those occasions the person who answered hung up on us. Once they left us hanging, litetally. They said the driver would call. He didn't. They also promised multiple times that the order would arrive in 10 minutes. It didn't. Lies, lies and more lies. More than two hours later, we finally gave up and ordered from somewhere else. It was clear that the staff did not care about us getting our food and were not prepared to deal with the matter. Ironically, the order finally arrived after we'd already ordered from somewhere else, and it wasn't even hot. A thoroughly demoralising experience. We won't use that branch of Domino's again.

Had a problem with using delivery on the app, so I called the shop and the employee was rude snappy and quickly ended the call before I could finish. Worst customer experience I have ever seen

Called up to ask if they had any garlic and herb dip as there was a notice on the app that said it was unavailable. They said they had small and big tubs, and to just process the order and they?d deal with it afterwards. After ordering, they said there?s no garlic and herb dip, and I?d need to wait 3-5 days to get my money back. The employee Aziz or Asee hung up on me twice when I called back to get proof that it would be refunded, I asked him to spell his name because I couldn?t hear him, and he just hung up on me. I called back and another employee answered and left me on hold. Great experience, won?t be ordering from you lot again.

Pizza was a bit oily on top, however, it was fresh out the oven. Staff don't shout you when your pizza is done so you have to keep an eye out
