I wanted to just leave a thank you for Hammad Shaheen (hotel manager) / anyone else others the who send my lost property back to me when I'd left it behind.This hotel isn't glitz and glam, its price represents what you're getting, we stayed on new years day, 5 people in the group paid on average £43pp, in Manchester you just can't find those prices. As long as we had a bed we were happy. On the other hand in our particular room it had a tv, kettle, iron, etc, it was more than well equipped for the price.I would say if you book this hotel you need to be happy with a 'rough around the edges' sort of hotel experience, don't be expecting what you get or hilton or of the big chains - I've stayed in some fancier places but most of the time I'm out the room,All said and done it got the job done for us, and if you're not spending £££ don't expect some 4 star hotel experience. Price represents what you get. On the other hand if the price is similar to more luxurious bookings and you want that, definitely choose other options.

Location to Old Trafford is great, parking is ok. Difficult to get an answer to get into the hotel to check in. Rooms don't seem to be cleaned much, doors don't lock properly, bed wasn't comfy. Mould in the corner of the room I stayed, stains on the walls. Someone nicked the TV. Not worth the hassle stay somewhere else.Rooms: Need to actually be cleaned

There were leaks in the room, the chainbathroom you had to wait half an hour to recharge and be able to pull it again, the towels were full of hair, it was 0 degrees but they didn't turn on the heating, everything was a disaster!!

I got told to leave because I was complaining about other residents making a lot of noise and having music playing at 3:00 o'clock in the morning. The manager was very rude and abusive for no reason. Definitely not worth your time or money to be treated poorly.

While the bathroom was clean hence the two stars not one, the room itself was pretty filthy. Were I here for more than a night post-event, I would have looked at alternative accommodation

Absolutely disgusting customer service. We booked a room for myself and young daughter 11 months ago. I phoned up the day before to check some details to be told my booking is invalid and they cancelled all booking. When I asked why I wasn't notified i was told it wasn't the hotels responsibility and booking.com need to deal with it.The man on the phone was couldn't care less, was disinterested and hung up on me. Shocking, I would be very cautious about dealing with this place.

Large spacious very clean room with everything you needed including a mini fridge and microwave! Bathroom was sparking. Large very comfortable bed! Close to old Trafford and the o2 Victoria warehouse. Great stay for the value. Would definitely recommend!

The one member of staff I saw was very friendly. That's the one positive. However, the reception was never manned. It took several phone calls to be let in. The room - once I found it - locked ok on first sight, however there were tea stains up the wall, sweets still on the floor from previous occupant, no shower curtain while also the window in the bathroom was clear glass so not only could you look directly into the room adjacent bit you could look into the windows of the building opposite whilst having a shower.I would not recommend this place at all.

Worst hotel ive stayed in.- The lock housing was exposed meaning it wasnt difficult to break into our room.- No safety deposit boxes in rooms.- Hot water constantly running out.- No ventilation in bathroom (No window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using the loo.- Virtually no cooking utensils, making a basic task such as hard boiling an egg extremely difficult. No sponge to clean any dishes.- Beds were extremely uncomfortable, may as well of slept on their sun loungers.- Pillows were solid hurting your neck when you slept.- Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.- Bed sheets were filled with dust when we asked Dimitri (the owner) if we could have them changed he replied "well the cleaner has finished whos going to do it?"- Fridge was dirty and horrible and the bottom of it was rusty.- Staff funny when you leave hotel to eat or drink out. A little two faced.I could go on but im not going to waste any more time. I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude two faced staff (excluding the bar woman who was lovely).If you are not majorly botherd by the cleanliness of your room and want a cheap place to lay down, like to stay in the hotel all day + night and sunbathe by the pool and drink at the hotel bar all this is the place for you. However if you are more the adventurous type, care about cleanliness, like to eat out and explore the island without feeling youre being monitored DO NOT STAY.Receptionist is a mong. Should be kicked

Stayed here for a week .was attending two concerts . Staff were lovely and very attentive. Room was nice bed was comfortable. All in had a really good stay . Also close to visiting family and friends . Would recommend it

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Fawlty towers didn't have a look in.Very unsafe. Reception not manned at night.Two of the rooms allocated to us had no windows in just the window frame with gaping hole, the bannister was so wobbly I thought it would come off.Would definetly not stay here again.Certainly not suitable for the disabled or children.Lots of noise from groups of lads in middle of night banging on hotel doors.
