Dixys has always been my go to spot whenever I?m craving a mini burger, it?s affordable, quick, and always hits the spot. I?ve never had any complaints? until yesterday. The second I finished my burger, something felt off. I ended up feeling sick the whole night, and by morning, I was throwing up with the worst food poisoning I?ve ever had. Maybe it was just a bad batch, but as a regular customer, this has completely put me off. Really disappointed.

The seating is disgusting the service is very bad and taste is awful please avoid.

0/5 is what this abominable takeaway gets, but that isn't possible on this review service. The shoddy seats, shoddy food, shoddy customer service, all of this on Four Banks. Are they just lazy or serially incompetent? Genuinely a disgusting place worthy of contempt. How are they still operating?

It was disappointing. The burgers were average at best and lacked freshness, which made the overall experience underwhelming. I would not recommend this place if you?re looking for a good burger.

Decided to give me whatever was left because I ordered half an hour before they closed, nothing I actually ordered was delivered and they tried to say the uber driver took the food. This was clearly just them being lazy and thinking nothing would happen since I ordered online

We ordered a mini burger and instead of a fillet they put a chicken wing in it! My daughter bite into a bone! They are terrible

Walked in today for my first experience of Dixy Chicken. The lady behind the counter ignored me for a good 5 mins (despite no one else being there) then a customer walked in and she went to serve him. After I intervened I eventually got served. Ordered a chicken wrap meal. After waiting ten minutes and I enquired what was happening said lady told me it was fresh and takes time. Waited another 4 minutes then told her ill have my money back and will go elsewhere. Was then told it was coming which it did 2 mins later. She slammed my drink on the counter and didn't say a word. Utterly pathetic I could have made chicken strips and chips in the air fryer in ten mins. Food wasn't great but edible which it why I awarded it two stars. Got home and read the reviews like wow lots of similar experiences no idea who has this franchise but honestly you clearly have a problem after looking at those reviews I hope you have to close down you certainly don't deserve to exist!!

Sent me an incorrect order, and when i asked them about it was fobbed off with ?next time? they will sort me out, there will never be a next time, customer service was poor, the best part about this whole experience was the delivery driver who brought it to me, he was very pleasant. Do not under any circumstances order from dixies, the food was bland and dry on top of the fact it was incorrect, plenty of places in chorlton to eat from, dixies should never be one of them.

Went there to order... When I walked in, there were two staff members talking. The man saw I had come in and ignored me. Carried on talking, went to do something else, looked at me again and said nothing.
My custom obviously wasn't wanted so I left.
Very strange as much as it was rude. Really uncivilised people.

Food is good compared to some of the other Dixy franchisees, seating is dire need of replacement and on a numerous occasions I have been given an incomplete order
