I ordered a pizza and was shocked to find a HUGE, GREASY piece of hair either from the head or a long beard actually cooked into the dough of the pizza. I was so disgusted that I contacted them personally and dealt with a rude and dismissive worker who refused me a refund and put the phone down on me. I will not use this service again and I advise you to NEVER ORDER FROM THIS CHAIN.

We ordered three pizzas and 3 french fries for a delivery we live 5 minutes away and they still failed to deliver our order they took more than 2 hours to deliver to a house 5 minutes away our food was cold and when we called about our food they hung up the call on us leaving us and our guests hungry after calling multiple times

Not the worst food but not the cleanest shop and not the best staff I ordered food the lady said 10 mins came back 10 mins later she said 4 min then cam back 5 mins later she said 2 mins turns out it needed 20 mins to be ready next time tell the truth

Horrible experience called 30 minutes before hand upon arriving was told I did not order them showed proof of ordering and the staff advised the toppings were not ready and instantly started making pizza very unhelpful

Placed a delivery order around 1:45pm through deliveroo. Since then I believe I've counted 5 different drivers waiting. It's been over an hour and we have STILL not received our order, they have not attempted any contact with me nor am I able to get through to them. If you want to order, go anywhere but here 0 stars!!!!!!!

Of all the dixys I've been too, this is by far the worst. The sign displays one price, get to the till, it's a completely different price and I'm told, the signs are old prices.
I observed the staff using the same pair of gloves to clean and then handle food, so I'm not convinced food hygiene is up to snuff.
Overall, I will not be coming back again and would recommend avoiding.
