today i ordered from dixy and they said it will be ready by 7:15 after five minutes it said it will be ready at 7:25 then 7:35 and then 7:45 so when i tried to cancel it tried charging me for wanting a refund. all together the food was 23 pound and when i tried to refund it cost another 23 pound. THESE GUYS ARE

Customer service given by Ayesha is excellent, their food is very tasty especially their Chicken peri peri which is my family?s delight. The environment is very clean and I have and conducive to have a nice lunch.

Terrible customer service! The person taking my order didn?t know how to do his job was on the phone back and forth with the restaurant staff. Food was cold by the time it arrived

I have been to the dixy rusholme several times without any problems. However after going to this one last night I have had food poisoning. Luckily Uber were able to refund my order but this place is awful so not go!

Not the first time and certainly not the last Dixy chicken longsight.
I was feeling hungry so I ordered 2 meals. 2pc combo box meal and one peri burger meal.
Honestly hands down they have hit the craving, breading on the burgers was just right, not soggy or flaky, it was juicy and crispy. The chicken itself was succulent and full of flavour.

The staff were too busy talking to one another to care about customer service.
The chicken was luke warm and evidently old. Even the fries were clearly reheated and old. No wonder they're empty all the time.
All the tables were dirty upon entry.
The mayo was made of some chemical white concoction that I decided to go out an buy some Hellman's from across the road!
The owner needs to hire some decent staff and hold them to account or just close down.

I ordered the grilled peri peri chicken. It was nice.
