I had a pizza from this place last night(28/02/2025 around 09.45 PM), and it was a complete disaster. It looked like it was made by a novice?barely any chicken, and what was there was in big chunks instead of being properly spread out. The dough was way too thin, and they drowned it in cheese. Easily the worst pizza I?ve ever had! What?s surprising is that other Dixy branches actually make great pizzas.
But the real frustration started when I went to complain. The staff?s attitude was shockingly unprofessional. One of the employees, a Bengali guy, had the audacity to question my ability to judge a pizza, asking, ?Do you work in a pizza shop?? He then flat-out refused to make a new one, and his rude tone made the whole experience even worse. When I said I?ll complain, he was so brave to said go ahead.
I asked the girl at the till for the manager?s contact details, and she simply said, ?He?s not here,? refusing to provide any way to reach him.
This kind of service is unacceptable. I?ll be reporting this to Dixy?s headquarters and upper management?people like this are actively damaging the brand?s reputation.

Worst Dixy we've ever been to. Food prep was terrible. Mexican burger had 1 nacho in it (and it was falling apart). The kids wraps had chicken bites wrapped in large overcooked tortillas and they put red salt on the kids fries. Terrible!

Bought a burger and chicken pieces. Burger was fine but chicken pieces were terrible ? No taste, cooked poorly. Wasted my money!

Worst experience ever, even their pizza dough is old , hard and non-eatable, their staff are non-cooperative and even not owing their mistake. Their behaviours are rude and non-compensatory.

You should not come here.I placed an order but I received the incorrect order.The staff were rude,gave attitude and not friendly.When I asked her how long my orders going to take she kept on saying 4-5 minutes after about 35 minutes.They were on their phones chatting while cooking.There hair we?re all out and not in buns.This place is very unhygienic.The floor and tables needed wiping because they were very dirty and lots of mess on tables.They never washed there hands.She was touching her phone and cooking.This place took a ver long time about 55 minutes just to get my order.This never used to be like this.I used to come here often and it was quick,hygienic and really good.I think it is the new managements.

Absolutely horrible we ordered a pepperoni pizza it was filled with cheese to an amount you couldn't eat the crust was unedible In my opinion don't get this for your kids as it made my daughter sick

Last night I ordered dixy chicken and chips it was tasteless super dry chicken and the fries were kinda stale not fresh at all it's dead I won't recommend anyone to order anything from dixy again

Receive a 10? peri pizza overcooked and in single piece of bread. The pizza was not even cut into peices. I called the restaurant and they do not even bother to worry about anything and concluded that we do not have a delivery driver.
Very disappointing. Not recommended
