Having used Diamond Millennium to re-carpet our previous home we happily returned to use their services again in our new home!! We were served by Sam who was so helpful and tailored everything we asked for with perfect results!! Our Spare room, stairs, hall, landing were transformed at a great cost without compromising on quality! We have returned a 3rd time today & once again served by Sam who has helped pick out the perfect carpet for our master bedroom!! Excellent & friendly service in store & their fitters are fabulously efficient too!! Highly recommend these guys ??

Diamond Millenium Carpets fitted sisal in our entryway and stairs. Gaz advised me very well and clearly in the store and arranged for fitters within a week of me coming in. Brian the fitter and his team were so lovely and did such a great job. Thank you to all the team we are so happy with how it looks!

Had a brilliant experience from start to finish with Diamond Millennium. They were extremely helpful & patient with us over our multiple visits trying to decide what we wanted. The price was great, communications we prompt and clear before and during fitting. Couldn't recommend highly enough. We're delighted with our new carpet!

DMC have just finished fitting a fabulous laminate floor for me. The price was excellent, far better than the big stores, the service was amazing. They fitted a large lounge/kitchen and a hallway including moving a kitchen island and refitting it in less than a day. The fitters were lovely .. and left the place cleaner than they found it. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant! I can't praise these guys enough. We picked our favourite carpet, gave the measurements, priced up very fairly and the fitter completed and cleaned within an hour! Consumate professionals. Will definitely recommend and hire again. Thank you.

Really regret buying from these guys :(.The fitters of the carpet were terrible and rude - really shoddy work and cut into every piece of skirting board - quite shocking . They took the door off to fit and then didn't re-hang. After days of calling the shop - to get it sorted, we gave up. Really poor service

Not my nature to leave a bad review but...Customary salesman-esq charm which I don't mind tbh.The issue began with the quote & thereafter.Visiting the store with correct measurements (10%wastage) for approx 45 mins before deciding on the laminate (light oak).The original quote was £495 but negotiated £475 after explaining it was urgent as room needed to be finished for recovery from a spinal operation(now postponed). Initially thought it was expensive but after doing the rounds (b&q, wicks etc) and thought less hassle.agreed to return and go for it.RETURNING VISIT:arranged finances and ready to pay deposit. Showed the quote and then the older gentleman who I obtained the same quote from says no sorry its wrong. Takes his calculator out again myself eagle eyed and good with numbers watching his input and it quickly became a joke. New quote was £575. This was for the same 8mm or 10mm can't remember now laminate not even engineered wood!He had plenty of time whilst we negotiated during first visit. As he dropped the price then so obviously paying attention also it was at that time still more expensive than most other quotes. The calculator made an appearance then too!I have also had a friend who recently had his carpet fitted early Nov. He explains the fitters are efficient but the salesman-esq no negotiable pricing did not sit right with him.He picked up floor strip (laminate to laminate and an L shaped, they charged him £15. Which he walked out. I would have done the same they cost 3-4 quid from local DIY shops.)I am a firm believer of supporting local businesses and I do but unfortunately I will not on this occasion.Plenty of competitors around who are good priced and do fitting too so do your own research before visiting.Goodbye and peace.

I recently bought carpet from DMC. We were served by Akram who's really friendly and very knowledgeable. He helped us choose the best carpet and underlay, actually recommending a carpet that was cheaper than what we initially chose based on its durability. The carpet was also delivered on time with the carpet fitters doing an excellent job, we couldn't be happier. We're very pleased with the service and already speaking with Akram to supply carpet for some of our other rooms.

Exactly the same thing happened with us as already mentioned in the reviews. We got a quote from the elderly gentleman Gaz to fit the carpets for stairs and vinyl in the kitchen for £350 and he wanted the advance immediately to book the job. We asked for two days to confirm as other works were going on at home. When we called again to book and pay, the gentleman refused the conversation we had earlier and quoted £498 for exactly the same job. Not to be trusted.

Ordered a carpet on Saturday - was fitted on Tuesday. Happy we went with a local company as opposed to a faceless national firm, Love the carpet.
