Shocking service. when you go to buy the sofa they will promise you the world and once the Sofa is delivered, they dont have anything to do with it. there customer car is very rude and most of the time, they dont have answers to your question.
Please stay away from this company!!!!

If i can i give 0 reviews, i was buy sofa last year I paid double extra for high quality sponge after 5 months sponge horrible shit , i will contact them they sent it to me manager to see the sponge and they want to change for me. After give me appointment for bringing sponge on 15/April /2025. After this They say to me is not finish yet have to give me another appointment for 15 of July still not hearing with them not call me not even text me not email me to the appointment date

It seems like they are only there to get your money and then forget about it. Ordered a sofa to be delivered in December. Came with the wrong part and till date we're left waiting. I wanted to order stuff for other rooms but I'd rather buy on ebay than to get it from them. They have no customer service, no professional attitude. Never recommend anyone.

DFS at White City - Sales Rep Faruq
We told the guy we knew exactly what sofa we wanted, what colour and what fabric after already purchasing the same sofa only two years previous, yet this guy managed to go on and on with a bombardment of truly gut renching ?sales pitch? nonesense, which genuinely made us want to walk out and go order the sofa online
DFS your better then this representative of your company
All he has done has left a bitter taste in our mouths and shudders when we think about it
But happy to report we are currently sat on our amazing sofa and love it as we did the previous

avoid DFS at all costs where do I start ? well the delivery was terrible on the day of delivery they got my order wrong then said then need to delivery a different day then they rang me back an hour later saying they have found my couch at the back of the van and that they would delivery that day abit later on in the afternoon then I got a call back again saying the couch has fallen apart Brilliant ? NOT! and they said sorry about that we will definitely delivery in the next day or two just not good enough to be fair after the delivery dfs phone to apologise and offered to send me flowers or a hamper which I haven't received so I won't ever be getting anything else in the future from dfs terrible service and very disappointed in fact one star is generous considering....

Avoid buying leather sofas from DFS ??
I paid £5000 for a sofa, part of the sofa has been torn for less than 6 months and the quality of the leather is really rubbish

The lady at DFS showed just the right amount of help and interest without doing the hard sell which saw us practically run out of one place after the salesman pursued us around the shop.
