This company are clearly committing fraudulent activity, dropped of my goods in good faith and received an offer via email. Now they are saying they have lost the item and will not pay. Looking at the comments this isn?t the first time they have done this, legal action to follow.

Would give 0 stars if I could I sent an item through Royal Mail with the label provided by Designer Exchange and it has been lost in transit but 8 weeks later and I still haven?t received my money. The responsibility falls on Designer Exchange but they still won?t give my money. FRAUDULENT COMPANY

Would give 0 stars if it was possible. I had dropped my designer bag off with the company at around 2.30pm and was told I would receive a value the next day as they were busy, which is fair enough. I waited until around 3pm the following day and called to see if there was an update. I was told I should receive my value by the end of the day. Again, the following day I waited until around 3pm and called. Frustrated at this point, I wanted a guarantee from the assistant I would receive the value by close of play. I have 1 day off a week, so I was hoping to pick the bag back up the following day if I wasn't happy with the value, so I wouldn't have to leave it with them for a week.I eventually received an email 50 hours after dropping the bag off explaining they couldn't value my bag due to small wear on the leather. So, unless your bag is brand new and it isn't a 'used bag', don't bother because you will wait hours ( days in my case ) for a value and be greeted with the most appalling customer service from the get go. I was looked up and down when I walked into the shop and it was as if opening the door for me was a hardship. Disappointed.

Their online service is fantastic and sends your items within the next working day. Have found a few hidden gems here. Staff are helpful with returns and exchanges and ihighly rate the instore service aswell.

Worst customer service ever.

If I could give no stars I definately would. The Customer service is terrible, received a quote online and only wanted to drop the bag in store. Went to the store and it was closed despite every other store being open. I called the store and was told it was open that day and would open again in 15 mins due to staff being on break; 2 hours later and the store was still shut. Would not recommend at all. I was sat in the coffee shop across the store waiting and several people made attempts to go in, what a loss for customers.

Staff are so rude! I was expecting great things from this store but staff locked the door and didn?t acknowledge anyone to communicate why they weren?t letting anyone in although someone had came out! Styles at the window looked abit old

went by today.. to find the doors locked but people in the store who looked like staff and customers? was t even acknowledged. a man looked directly at us and chose to ignore. vulgar behaviour. wouldn?t recommend at all.

Terrible customer serviceI called the store ahead as I had 2 handbags to sell to ask how long it would take to have a bag valued. I was told it usually takes 1 hour and that I did not need an appointment. I came into the store at 1.45pm and was advised that it would take 3 hours. I was disappointed and informed the staff that I had been told over the phone that it would take 1 hour. I would have come earlier in the day had I known it would take that long. Nevertheless I left the bag for valuation as I struggle to get to Manchester city centre and wouldn't be able to come on another day. I was told by the staff in the store that they would call me when the valuation was ready. I waited over 3 hours in town with no phone call or contact. I decided to go back to the store after 3 1/2 hours to check. The handbag was sitting on the side - I asked how long it had been there and the assistant said 1 hour!!!! I had waited over 3hrs 30 mins when I had been told before I came into town that it would be a 1 hour wait. The staff in store were so rude and inconsiderate, knowing that I was expecting a shorter wait and promising to call when they just didn't bother. What a terrible experience all round.
