“*edited review* I've always been happy with bupa and think the staff are friendly and do a good job. However, my last appointment I got charged £125 instead of £80 because apparently my appointments over ran the 30 minutes. Checked the time when paying and it was only 5 minutes past the 30 minute mark. Tried explaining this but didn't seem to get anywhere and I'm not one for confrontation so paid. Shocked they didn't tell me that was going to be the case as no one mentioned this prior to payment, I left a email complaint explaining it was unfare to charge that much for 5 minutes that could have been avoided. I received a call a few days later in response where a lively lady apologised, said it was a fault on their side and refunded me the £45. Very much appreciated it!”
