Ordered a rainproof jacket online following the instructions of the site it recommended a size XL, however when I collected at the Ashton store I tried it on and it too big. The shop attendant was very nice and she was trying to help me with the exchange to a size L but the store manager Oscar refused this for the same price. He said the sale was over and if I wanted I could pay full price or the in store price at Ashton. This is TERRIBLE customer service, I have proof I bought this online and the price but he acted as he was doing me a big favour. Then I realised there is no way I can call Decathlon and I just wasted hours of my life assuming Decathlon would accept a simple exchange. Evidently this Oscar person felt strongly about receiving 4 pounds more than I paid and couldn't care less about honouring the price I paid. This is a very nasty experience I will not be repeating.

I recently bought a bike from decathlon ashton new rd Manchester.After two days use it had hydrolic break essue, i took it back .technician cleaned it & fixed it. The next day it had the same issue. I took it back to the shop , they don't want to replace new one but clean & fix it back.
just waste of money.
