I have used specsavers for the past 20 years and hated it. I recently moved to tyldesley and found D G optical so thought I'd give it a try so I didn't have to travel to specsavers at Leigh. I'm so glad I did! I was in and out within half an hour and that includes my eye test and choosing a new pair of glasses. They were great! So friendly and helpful. The optician also talked me through everything he was doing and explained how all the equipment worked. It was great to understand it all. I will never use another opticians again! Can't speak highly enough of the place

I came here because I was sick of spending hours in specksavers. My appointment was 11AM and I was out at 11.30. The staff were lovely and my glasses were ready to pick up within a week. Definitely my new opticians and very pleased with the service

Absolutely first class service. It's a small local business and you can really tell they have a passion for what they do. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very fairly priced too. Can't rate them enough.
