Absolutely shocking and disinterested customer service - I purchase many appliances from Curries to replace broken appliances in client?s rental properties. After buying a laptop online (which was selected principally because it was stated that it was in stock at my local store), I received an email to say I could pick it up several days later. Then nothing. I went into store to be told it was due in after several more days. Then nothing. I phoned customer service today and spoke to a lady who couldn?t have sounded more bored if she tried, only to be told it was lost in transit and they would process a refund. I will not be buying anything from Curry?s again.

Wouldn?t buy from curry?s !
Bought a washing machine which I paid extra for curry?s to install. The washing machine had a leak to which I had to get someone out to fix costing over £100. The engineer informed me that the washing machine was installed wrong . The machine doesn?t work properly leaving my clothes soaking wet after washing. I informed curry?s about this and it has been over 3 weeks with constant back and forth with e-mails and nothing has been resolved. I?m now left with a machine which doesn?t work and the issue still hasn?t been sorted. I wouldn?t buy from curry?s , communicate and service is extremely poor !

A total of 6 assistants in pairs stood chatting to each other near the entrance / exit. Not one came over to ask us if we needed any assistance. We walked out again without buying anything and decided to make our purchase online instead.
