I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at this Currys branch. A man wearing a "management team" name tag, with short brown hair and a very short beard, outright refused to acknowledge the company?s clear return policy. Despite it being explicitly stated that products purchased online can be opened for inspection and returned in-store, he dismissively insisted I could only return my item online.
His attitude was condescending, his tone was rude, and his manner was shockingly unprofessional for someone in a management position. This lack of basic customer service highlights why retail is dying and why Currys continues to struggle. Experiences like this completely deter loyal customers from returning. I won?t be shopping here again if this is the standard of service provided.

Well, there is only one opinion, they tricked me and I was left with a laptop that I don't need. Moreover, most of the staff are not nice, their rule is "THESE ARE OUR REGULATIONS AND YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING TO US".

I got a refurbished laptop here which is great, but when I asked about recycling my laptop and needing to wipe it they were really unhelpful (I have a mac that stopped working and I wanted to get stuff off the hard drive and then wipe it before recycling, but mac weld everything to the logic board. The employee told me to just open my laptop and pop it out (can't do this as it's welded) and then I had to explain this twice, his next bit of advice was to hold a magnet next to my hard drive to wipe it). So the laptop I got was great and delivered in great time, but the advice was weird.

Very bad customer service, I?ve just been there and I was buying printer one of the staff called Kyle , Kyle sent a guy to me to explain the deal for the printer,
The guy was careless about it and didn?t even come to me , he just ignored me and I went back to Kyle and I told him he didn?t talk to me about the printer deal , Kyle ask him why you didn?t help him , and he lied and said you didn?t tell me to help that gentleman .
He was very rude and liar .

Went to Curry?s to get a couple of things, the overall experience of this shop was just unpleasant. The lighting was super bright and harsh, the store was terribly organised so I had a rough time finding out if this store had what I was looking for (they didn?t) and they seemed to have a lot of staff around who weren?t interested in helping. I did end up getting service from a helpful person who suggested a different store for what I was looking for. The whole ordeal made me think that Curry?s might be in the declining stage of their lifetime curve and that they might be embracing it - but where else does one go for electronics?

Was trying to return our tv, which was unused but the box was open. It was paid for in store but then delivered. I spoke to someone on the phone for online orders, they couldn?t /didn?t help at all. Then rang someone for in store orders- told us to go in store and gave us no other help. We went into a store and they told us to ring the phone number and sent us away. Was then told on the phone to go in store? we went to a different store (Armadale store). THANKFULLY Rashid and Alex at the Arndale store understood our issue and frustration and resolved our issue. Couldn?t thank them enough as we had been passed back and forth and Rashid simply listened and said that he would help us, and he did. Thank you Rashid at the Arndale Manchester Store.

I have recently bought a Hisense TV at Currys and it presented problems straightaway. Unfortunately, we took the TV ourselves, as we were not advised that doing so meant no collection for a faulty product could be done on their end.
A week passed and, while trying to sort the problem out via phone with customer services was proven impossible, we received a reference number to go to store and ask for collection. Unfortunately, this information was proven false and to make the issue worse, our TV?s fault is intermittent, meaning it worked just fine in store.
I did not want to take this product back and ended up getting very upset as the return policy is also not great?
However, Rashid (the manager) took care of our issue and resolved the situation in the most professional of ways, ensuring that, at every step of the way he was calm and walked us through what would happen next.
I greatly thank him for his excellent customer service and making a day that had been already so stressful much much better!

Rashid in the Arndale store was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, polite, professional and on the ball. As someone who is generally apprehensive at making purchases, Rashid?s support enabled me to feel confident and at ease - I would 100% recommend Rashid?s advice on any computer/laptop queries and believe he is a genuine asset to the team.
Rashid went above and beyond to succinctly explain computing components and compare the nuances of different models in an easy to understand way, which otherwise can be complex in an ever-changing and competitive market. This made sure I understood exactly what is needed for my work requirements and find suitable models within my budget.
