I booked a holiday to go snowboarding and it was one thing after another that went wrong. The team is incompetent and the after care team is worse. As an apology I was given a part of the refund I was entitled to due to no lessons and ski lift days not being used due to their mistakes. I was also offered a ?100 voucher as if I would ever use or spend more money with this crowd again. Ruined the holiday and then had the absolute cheek to say "I hope you were able to enjoy your break" - so unbelievably tone deaf.

I organised a trip for 14 people to Sauze d'oulx for the end of January, initially through Crystal 's website. Being 14 meant there were a few changes, speaking to reps over the phone had mixed results, some very knowledgeable, some not quite so and some almost useless.The Chillfactore is relatively close so l called in ,what a difference things discussed and sorted out immediately . One particular chap , Wesley, was very helpful so when had the opportunity for a late season holiday l was very glad to speak to him. He was very helpful and again very knowledgeable about numerous resorts. Patient, as we keeped asking about different options, ans overall very helpful, so much so we booked there and then.It's fine booking online if you are keeping it simple or have an idea of what you want but you can never beat the personal touch. All future holidays to now be booked the Crystal shop in the Chillfactore.

Booked with Crystal ski for a party of four to go to Sestriere for a week on the 14th January 2924 staying at the Hotel Du Col.Everything went well on departure from Manchester however on arrival at Turin airport on locating our coach we were left to load our own luggage onto the coach the driver just stood around smoking.The allocated coach was a double decker with a trailer therefore storage underneath the coach was restricted, the coach had seating for 80 persons but not enough room for their luggage, we were kept waiting for two hours whilst the Crystal reps and coach drivers argued between themselves on how the problem was going to be solved.Not once was anything communicated to the passengers until the rep was challenged as to what was happening , one passenger was asked to leave his luggage and board the coach which he refused to do, although there were numerous Crystal reps in attendance no one seemed to have any idea how to solve the problem, eventually a mini bus turned up to take some passengers away, on leaving the airport there was no rep on our coach so on arrival at the hotel it was everybody left to fend for themselves.Whilst out skiing on the Wednesday a bottle of cheap Spumante was left in our room with no explanation, on checking with the hotel management we were told it was left by the Crystal rep ( who was off duty that night) Although the rep was present later in the week we didn?t interact with her.The return to Turin airport went smoothly with a rep allocated to our coach and a coach driver who did load the luggage onto the coach.On checking in the airport experienced and electrical fault and the conveyor belts stopped working therefore we had to leave our luggage to be manually loaded, I appreciate this was beyond Crystal skis control, but on arrival at Manchester I received a generic message saying our luggage had been left behind as it turned out it hadn?t and all our party received their luggage.On reviewing Crystal ski at their request, I later received an email showing that I had accepted a ?20 bottle of wine as a gesture of goodwill, what was missing at the bottom of the page was the passengers signature of acceptance (an internet search shows the wine can be bought for ?6.99)This review is a criticism of Crystal skis failure to plan ie 80 passengers and luggage and inadequate storage facilities (they know how many had paid for ski carriage etc etc) Failure to communicate passengers not informed what was happening at the airport re transfer.Customer service they take your money and leave you to fend for yourself.This review is in no way a criticism of the Hotel Du Col,the hotel was ideally located , clean, good food and very friendly staff.This is the second time in three seasons we have been left to our own devices on transfer from the airport (didn?t ski one season due to a knee injury)We will not be using the services of Crystal ski again.Sent from my iPad

Absolutely no credible contingency plan in place for when Chambery airport which is known for closing due to bad weather. 100s of people including families and people with injuries forced to sleep in Chambery sports hall looked after by the Red Cross. 28 hours delayed! Will not be booking with TUI or Crystal again.

I have to say after dealing with Crystal representatives over the phone then going to the Chill Factore and dealing with a real person. Made all the difference to our holiday booking as one particular lady who dealt with our booking sorted out all the problems where previously the computer had said no. I cannot recommend her highly enough as , when the booking reset its self to go basic, all the additions were lost. Her diligence saved the day and me a considerable sum. Crystal should pay her more and a give her a well done sticker

The ski resort I am travelling to is closed. Due to travel in 10 days & positive 10 degrees up until after I travel. The lifts are not running, I asked for a rescheduled date or location. Chat assistant basically said all I can do is cancel and lose 100% of my money. Didn?t offer any advise and just then ended the conversation. Other holiday providers including Balkan are refunding and/or rearranging holidays which are due to travel after my date. Poor customer service, poor conditions. Will be reporting & taking further.

Please can you reply to my emails?? I?ve been trying to contact your team for the past MONTH to amend our trip so we can pay the final balance, but nobody has replied to ANY of my emails - I am so frustrated and disappointed with the level of service from you!
