Avoid at all costs. I went to have 3 pieces of jewellery valued for insurance purposes. The woman I spoke didnt know what day of the week it was. After 3 weeks of messing me around and 2 visits to the shop I called again 3 days after she said she would call me to be told she couldn't do a valuation because she cant find the chopard necklace on line. Dear me it's a simple google search. And the shop it dirty and stank of smoke.

warning do not go there. long story short went there to replace my missing stone from pendant. came to pick it up they had replaced mt original chain with a longer chain. i said it wasn't my chain it went inside the middle of my boobs. why would i buy a chain that goes inside my boob what's the point of that pendant. the lady still tried to call me a liar n said it was my chain. kept going bk n forth. would of appreciated if she spoke the truth in the 1st place instead of lying and then calling ur customer a liar. warning trust me don't go here u won't be happy.
