Outstanding ServiceI was recommended to use this business by my Fiance's Dad and travelled from Radcliffe to do so. I needed a zip replacing on a pair of boots and new soles and heels. I was amazed when the guy said 2 hours and sure enough he messaged me less than 2 hours later to tell me they were ready. A fantastic job at an incredibly good price. He certainly put Timpsons to shame. I will be using him from now on and highly recommend this shop.

Cannot recommend this shoe repairer enough! I brought in three very well loved pairs of leather shoes, and the heels and soles were restored beautifully within 1 hour! I have had repairs done by other shoe repairers including the big name brand, and the quality of Crompton Shoe Repair's work far surpasses them. Extremely well priced and very friendly - I will only come to Crompton's for all my shoe repairs now.

Great experience, I came here to fix the zip on my boots and was finished within the hour! They were really kind and happy to help. Never considering Timpsons again.

I?m not too sure whether I should be so over complimentary but without doubt Crompton Shoe Repairs has Soled and healed my best brogues better than any shoe repairer has done previously. I am very pleased with the boot zip repair. I had a pair of riding boots and was quoted £25 per boot for the repair which was a very good quote compared to other businesses in the area. In addition, my boots were ready for collection within a matter of a couple of hours. The zips are brilliant and more hard wearing to allow for many more years of usage. They were also very friendly and knowledgable. Highly rated!

Had shoes repaired badly at another shoe repair shop so went to Cromptons to see if they could save my shoes! They have done a fantastic job and were also significantly cheaper. Would highly recommend and will only use Cromptons from now on.

This place is amazing and very professional with outstanding work. I initially went to Timpsons for a heel change but they did a bad job. Timpsons provided limited options plus the heel they fitted was the wrong type and fitted on with staplers.In doing research online I came across Cromptons in failworth where I met Craig and Gillian. They had many her options and colours and Craig provided different heel options how the heel can look . When I returned to pick up shoes , I was shocked at the work. It looked like a masterpiece and boot looked amazing and exactly how I wanted it. I was very pleased. I would highly recommend this place.

Went in to have my boots repaired including a completely destroyed zip - Received quotes 3x the price of what I was charged here & they would have had me waiting over a week, this place had me sorted within the hour!!
