What a nightmare. Don?t go here. Customer service is non-existent. The manager?s rudeness made me walk away empty handed when I was planning on buying an expensive rain jacket.

My girlfriend needed help with her existing Scarpa boots. Had an absolute legend called Nigel look after her today. He was a fountain of knowledge, giving her lots of tips and tricks for her boots and advice for her next pair with no pressure of making any purchases.Ross is always helpful too.

Bought a bag here. Staff appeared disinterested. No atmosphere in the shop either, like shopping in a library. It's a shame, I have always liked Cotswolds but can't see the benefit of shopping in here compared to the Internet.

I went into for Gait Analysis and buy a new pair of running shoes. James did the analysis and was really informative and knowledgeable about my running style and the types of running shoes. I felt really comfortable and he did a great job.

We went here for one specific item,the Osprey Aether ll 55 litre on Sunday the 31st July, what an excellent member of staff we encountered, excellent customer service. They did not have it in store so he ordered it and it arrived at our address the next day, it's perfect, thank you.

This is a great store. Went in to review a tent and was pleasantly surprised by both enthusiasm, helpfulness, knowledge if the staff. The young lady gave excellent advice and ended up purchasing not only the tent, sleeping bag, thermarest support, MSR Pocket Rocket, chair and bits. This is how shops should be. Well worth the visit. Will be returning for more kit. They even show you how to put up your tent. Great service, well done to all. Back soon.
