Having read the reviews after I booked my parcel collection, I was nervous about the pickup
So I walked in determined to be extra polite armed with a smile.
Turned out ok. Shop is tight and packed, but very clean and reasonably priced.
The old man complained about DHL not scanning items properly but wasn't rude or unhelpful. He was on a phone call and hung up to sort my collection.
I had no issues,
Maybe they have worked out how to manage the parcels without getting stressed.

This is a great shop. Owner is polite and respectful. Good selection of food and drink. No complaints. I also used the package service here and had no issues.

Wish I?ve read the reviews before ordering my parcel to this shop.. Terrible staff and customer service! Had a parcel to collect but struggled to find a collection barcode as it did not come through with a ?delivered? notification for some reason. The way I was spoken to made me feel really uncomfortable, while contacting Yodel via live chat I?ve been asked to leave a few times and ?sort it out outside? despite the pouring rain! To finish off, the man just threw my parcel at me and went back to watching football on his phone.

This place is alright and easy to get to if you live close but the guy tries to rob money from you and I haven?t seen the incredibly rude woman in a while so I think she?s gone and the prices are ridiculous

Lied about saying they don?t do Amazon returns even though I was told on the Amazon app that I could give my parcel to them and return it not only that but I saw other returns on the desk very rude service aswell

The shop is fine and convenient if you live locally but as many other reviews say, don?t bother using the parcel service if you can help it. The man is not so bad if a little rude but the woman is absolutely awful- will do anything to put you off coming to the shop it seems. Shouted at me once because I didn?t know the exact shape and size of the parcel I was picking up ? I avoid going in if she?s behind the counter.

The lady in the picture was rude. Unhelpful with and abrupt under tone. She should take breaks and better herself for customers

Both man and woman behind the counter are extremely rude, but especially the man. Good luck if you?re dropping off a parcel. He will try his hardest to belittle you and make you feel stupid. Prices are ridiculously high too. Will never step in this shop again after such awful experiences.
