Twice now the staff here have been difficult about parcels I?ve tried to drop for yodel and evri services. Both times the parcel has been within the courier dimensions and neither time have they been outrageously large for the shop to store. (90cm x 25cm x 10cm) I walked in today and immediately got scoffed at. Something to the effect of ?I can tell you now that?s too big?. Tried palming me off with no further explanation. When I explained the dimensions and tried to show them on my phone they exasperatedly just told me that eBay has the wrong dimensions for Yodel?s services (which is untrue as you can see in the screenshot I've taken from Yodel's own website regarding the parcel dimensions for their Store to Door service). They said that I?d need to get in touch with Yodel to arrange home collection of the parcel instead . I called yodel and they told me that the shop should absolutely have accepted the parcel as it was comfortably within the accepted dimensions. So I went to another yodel drop off shop instead and the gent took it no problems at all. Don?t advertise a service if you can?t be bothered to honour it. And perhaps keep up to date with what your services are supposed to entail, it shouldn't be on me to provide details for you to follow up, contact Yodel yourselves. I attach a screenshot of Yodel Direct's "Store to Door" parcel service so you can see what is supposed to be available.

Pretty much has everything you could possibly want when nipping to the corner shop. It sells bread from local bakery as well as sliced brands. And sells non dairy milk. Good wine, cider and beer selection. Staff are great too.
