Went in today and it was chaos . The assistant didnt offer me a choice of size of coffee just automatically gave me a medium size which I couldnt drink. When I questioned this the assistant just shrugged and was dismissive . No apology. Then she stormed out frim behind the counter shouting at a guy who had sat in a seat that happened to be in front of the fire exit . She raised her voice in a very confrontational manner having a go at the customer. The chairs were situated in front of the fire exit so the man didnt know he was blocking the exit. The chairs should not have been near it but theyvwere cramming so many in that it was impossible for this poor man to avoid blocking the exit. The assistant was very rude to him . Will never go in there again !!

The hygiene and cleanliness of the place is disgusting.
The manager seems like she?s off her head on drugs.
And alergens are not taken seriously.

Brilliant service from Lucy on 30th June , talked me through the drink with me being lactose and gave me a wide range of choices , she was so happy and cheerful and so helpful couldn?t of asked for a better service , definitely be using this Costa again because you dont get a happy person much anymore .

I like this costa, there is a nice big decked area for outside seating which is nice in the warmer months, the shop itself is quite big with plenty of seating, its always clean and staff are always great. Outside is a huge free car park and there are toilets next to it.
The downsides are they are quite slow and can be waiting a while and several of the drinks my daughter asked for from the menu, they didn't have

Had a bad experience yesterday with the ginger haired woman who was very rude. She had a bad attitude after I didn?t understand how the click and collect worked and my drinks were left on the counter for 20 mins to go cold. She could have shouted out they were ready but instead had a row with me when I said I didn?t know how it worked. She actually said to me ?it doesn?t matter what you think, we are not in the wrong here?. And even admitted she saw us walk in but didn?t bother to just let us know our order was ready, we were waiting for it to be dropped at collection point as that?s what the app said would happen. She could have handled the situation so much better but instead she was condescending. It?s a shame as the other staff in there are lovely. Today they all just looked scared of her so god knows how she treats them if that?s how she talks to customers!
