Amazing experts at making coffee. You come here and have the coffee, and you know it is a good coffee right away. It hits you instantly, have been manyer different places, and the coffee is like water and milk froth like starbucks for eg sorry for the language there ,costas know how to make coffee,

Went in around 5pm today to find a completely deserted till, no staff in sight, people waiting.
After 5 mins another customer said someone was upstairs.
Girl was up there just chatting away, I had to ask her to come and serve everyone waiting. She took so long I had to leave without ordering to pick up some photos before the shop opposite shut at 5.30.

I had about an hour to kill and I was in didsbury so I looked around and spotted a Costa, they're usually ok so I popped in for a coffee. I had an Americano and it was quite nice and hot. I found a seat near the window and sat down. The staff were ok and it was a pleasant place to sit down with a coffee and just kill some time.

I had the absolute pleasure of having a coffee and toasties here today. The food and drink were good but the staff were absolutely amazing and kind and spent time talking to me as my wife is having treatment at christies. They were unbelievably kind and caring and deserve to be applauded for this. Thank you team love Nick(team Kate:)

Lovely staff and decent service but it?s a shame more attention isn?t given to the roof terrace - loads of clearing and cleaning indoors but the dishes were just left to pile up outside which spoils sitting outside in the good weather

Neat Costa Outlet right on the main Didsbury High Street.It is right at the corner- and spacious. Good seating space inside.Serving all usual Costa goodies and coffees.Gentle staff.

The barista made a very enjoyable Americano and delicious creamy hot chocolates for my children. A very clean and comfortable coffee shop, and after a long walk in Fletcher Moss, it was the ideal environment for my children to relax. I would also like to add that service provided as this particular branch was of a very high standard.I would highly recommend a visit. 10/10

Called in the other day and was served by a very pleasant and friendly chap who had a beard and glasses . Managed to find a spare table despite a lot of them being cluttered by people on laptops taking up full tables and apparently moving in for most of the day whilst making their coffee last .

Opening times are wrong. Costa website says it opens at 0630, google maps says 0630, the sign on the front door says 0630, but after standing patiently outside from 0630 the staff inside signalled to me they open at 0700. Such a simple thing to fix

Good location, friendly staff lots of plugs on first floor so good for work when needed. Costa is however getting quite expensive...
