Arrived to find nobody serving. Beardy hipster was standing outside chatting with chums. No hurry mate! Antipodean fella - much friendlier - was dealing with something in the kitchen and eventually emerged to serve the waiting customers. Beardy hipster didn't even look at me or tell me if the coffee was mine - rude as well as absent. Why do these folk have a job? Seriously Costa. Train your staff.

Got to say the service was superb ad the cleanliness of this restaurant was great! Barista who served me was Jacob and was interacting with every customer and made the customers welcome! Thanks for a great service I will be back!

Costa Coffee is one of my favorite cafes. Their coffee is delicious and perfectly made. The cakes are balanced in taste, and I also love their sandwiches.
The Stratford branch is quiet, the staff are amazing, and the place is spacious. I enjoy meeting my friends there, and I love everything about it.
Parking: The parking is free for the first three hours, and then you need to pay.

Went for the new festive range which was the nutcracker latte was delish. The service was 10/10 the lady that served me was friendly and very professional ??

Lovely place, my daughter says it the best Costa we?ve been to (and we?ve been to a lot). The seating area was very clean as were toilets. The service was quick and the drinks were tasty. The customer service though is what makes this store our favourite, the team are really friendly, particularly Anna and Laura who go above and beyond to deliver great, warm service. Thank you ladies.

A lovely place to enjoy a cup of coffee, staff always friendly, a life saver during covid. Vegan savoury food options limited but that's costa for you.

Came to have one last drink in a place my mum used to go to! Can see why she liked it. Staff are friendly and used to ring my sister if she didn't turn up for her daily fix of hot chocolate!
