Crediting the staff for their hard work and being put under pressure when serving so many customers. Staff shouldn't be treated unfairly its disgusting. . I always feel uncomfortable in costa even though I like buying regular food and drink. Want to thank JASMINE JADA the guy with glasses the funny blonde woman the ones that left and the one with blonde hair there the one deserves credit management rubbish

Bad customer service. Shop very dirty. They don?t clean the tables. Very filthy. We asked workers to clean one of the table. She started complaining. They leave the cups on table until we as customers to pick it up to sit. Slow on orders. No ice machine for over two months. Oven broken for few weeks. No hot sandwiches because of broken oven.

Turned up at 8.30am for a regular weekly working breakfast. There was no one behind the counter but I could hear noises from the back. I picked up my breakfast from the fridge and moved around to the payment area. Within a few minutes a queue started to form but no sign of a staff member. Then a guy comes from the back with a trolley saying the store wasn't open and that he was just there delivering products. Behind him followed a member of Costa staff who said the opening hours had changed and they weren't open til 9am explaining the delivery guy had removed the rope and not put it back behind him. Regardless of this, why on earth wasn't there a note advising customers that the opening hours had changed? Very very poor!
