Costa makes a decent cup of coffee and it's not super busy so a good place to meet friends or get some work

This Costa provides stable steady regular great service; food is always good, coffee is always amazing. My only issue is some of the staff members REALLY seem like they absolutely don't want to be there and their service is always a bit... Off. I always feel like I am just annoying them by just asking for a coffee. It is only about two staff members and always the same ones, and their service is consistently unsatisfactory.

You pay top dollar for a tea or coffee and get verbally abused and threatened in the process by 'customers' staff seem powerless to barr or eject!

I have been few times but always one lady is there with ?lisa ?she is ignoring me and the customers. She is very careless and every time I have to wait more than ten minutes to order, even in quite time she entertains herself with her friends and I am still waiting to order. She is very rude.

Great polite service though they did seem to be short of staff, tables were not clean but they were still very polite and accommodating. The iced whipped vanilla was nice, I wanted to go with something different and didn't disappoint. It is a cosy store

Popped into Costa Coffee to collect my complimentary birthday cake on 11th June 2023. Whilst there I bought an iced caramel latte which was lovely. It was refreshing, not too sweet and much needed because it was a sunny hot day. Highly recommended!Kid-friendliness: No restrictions on kids. I've been here with my family including grandchildren.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor level & access/space for wheelchair users.Dietary restrictions: Veggie options are available.

I think this shop has recently changed hands. Coffee is okay, but I find it a bit hit and miss.

Some tables could have done with a wipe as sticky/had crumbs on. Staff seem polite enough but didn't listen to the order very well.
