I was absolutely disgusted by the hygiene of the food. The rest was okay however there were flies all over the food and no one seemed to care? This is a massive health hazard and danger as this could easily be avoided. There were about 20 plus flies all over the food ?

Barista not polite. Made me coffee in dirty large cup but I ordered regular coffee. Don?t said sorry for this and didn?t say goodbye.
Interestingly, the cappuccino was too hot and not tasty. Although I'm usually happy with Costa's delicious coffee at other places.
Sit places on outside always dirty nobody clean up after customers.

I go to Costa Coffee every morning, and when the bearded guy makes my coffee, it's always spot on. But when the girl makes it, it?s like drinking black water, not coffee. The inconsistency is really disappointing.

Out with my Sister as a treat and change of scenery . Nice to be out , family know why, however some unruly children running around, disturbing condiments etc and annoying patrons wanting a peaceful drink and talking with family, friends etc.
Staff unable to stop the disruption as managing orders, and serving customers.
Staff polite, user friendly , helpful and welcoming.
Vegetarian options: Pre prepared vegetarian options available for savoury, sweet and snack selections. Reasonable choice available.
Dietary restrictions: All items have restrictions displayed. Did tell member of staff about my allergies, and was supported with appropriate food choice/selection.
Parking: Spaces available for parents with children, people with blue badges and also fir you to park near to the establishment.ent with limited mobility.
Kid-friendliness: Generally babies and young children were with their parent/s . There were some children allowed to run riot and disturb people, don't know where their parents were. My Sister and I, did tell them to leave consumables alone and to play outside, which they did, parents said nothing or did nothing ? but other customers just smiled.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly and accessible including wc facilities.
