Arrived through the drive through to be greeted by Victoria, absolutely fantastic customer service upselling asking if I would like to try the new cake or fancy a cookie. I understand it?s Christmas time and it?s very busy but in the half an hour I was in this Costa today, it was chaos. The toilet was filthy like no one has bothered to check it all day and no toilet paper. I was asked at the till what I wanted and clearly stated two hot chocolates large (one terrys and one plain). I was asked if I wanted cream etc and said yes and they even asked if I wanted to stay in or take away and I said take away. The barrister made both hot chocolates in large coffee cups and I kindly explained I wanted to take them away. She pours them into take away cups but one is medium and so I ask why ? they don?t do terrys in a large ?.but the cup to sit in was a large one ? either way, surely I should have been told this when I ordered it. Almost certain I?ve had Terry?s hot chocolates large in the past from Costa too. She then gave me no cream and when I asked for it, I was asked did I pay for it. Another staff member says ?just give it her?.. .To make it all better, the hot chocolates were cold and it?s not as though Costa is cheap! I don?t mind paying if I get what I ask for. I don?t see the point in asking all the questions at the till if no one actually pays attention to it when making the drinks.

The staff here are absolutely amazing and really accommodating.
Firstly I ordered my drink and a sandwich and I struggle carrying trays due to a disability, the lovely lady brought it to me at the table.
Later on my husband and daughter arrived and ordered drinks. My daughter is Autistic and ordered a drink that she didn't like and was upset. I explained the situation to the girls but didn't mention she was Autistic. Immediately the girls were so kind and helpful and allowed her to swap to a hot chocolate with cream.
It's amazing customer service like this that makes people want to come back. THANK YOU SO MUCH X

A nice Costa Coffee location.
Located in White City in Manchester.
It makes a pleasant place to visit amongst all the furniture retailers and the discount stores and supermarket outlets.
Nice place to take a few minutes out
Grab a drink and take a break.

I don?t know the name of the server I need to complain about as she is not wearing a name badge. This fits her "I am better than you" personality. She's rude, loud and has her very long hair dangling all over the coffee machine. I've seen her wipe her nose with her hand and then continue to work on someone's coffee. She talks to her colleagues like they are children and doesn't respect them in front of customers. She's always on her phone whilst at front of house and actually took a selfie? Did she come here to work or to mess about? Grow up.

Drove thru for a flat white, preparing to pay by card over the window with the card machine on stick as usual. I was asked to drive another circle back in the queue to the contactless/intercom booth to make the payment, which I did. Then, just before my turn, saw the car in front of me pay over the window on the card machine! On top of that, I got a cup of plain milk, no microfoam at all, which is the very essence of the flat white.
