This particular Costa was terrible. It was filthy behind the counter with a lot of mess. The downstairs toilet was also dirty. I ordered 2 x Bacon Baps as they looked great in their marketing picture on the menu. What I got was terrible, dry, tasteless and should not have been served to guests. Very average place. Had to clean my own table, and it wasn't even busy. Even when asking for blue roll and some spray, I was given it, without an offer from staff to do it. The hot chocolate wasn't very good either. It Tasted cheap.
