Staff were wonderful and friendly, I wasn't aware costa was dog friendly so when myself and my little labrador were outside waiting for my friend to bring a drink out, we were surprised when rebbecca signaled to us we could come in.
Rebbecca was super helpful super friendly, and was more than happy to have my puppy in store, they provided a puppacino for her and made a big fuss of her. She even brought my drink over so I didn't have to stand and wait with the dog.
I don't normally venture to that side of the city center, but I'd happily make the de tour to come back to this costa due to the experience I had there with rebbecca and her colleagues Lee amd Izzy.
They're a credit to the store, and to the company.

I often go out of my way to walk a little bit extra to visit this Costa as I find it a much nicer location than any of the other city centre branches!
I'd been wanting to try the tandoori bhaji flatbread for a while but had tried 3 other Costas in Manchester and had no luck. Went to Bridge Street and got one straight away.
The staff are always super friendly, the location is more peaceful than others in the city centre and it's always been clean when I've nipped in for a coffee or lunch.
This is one of my favourite Costa branches and I would highly recommend visiting this one.

Glorious service this morning by a two person dream team! Quick, efficient and so KIND to myself and each other (thank you)! They even managed to clean the place spotlessly between serving everyone. Communication on top form here. Merci beacoup pour le té, çetait delicieux! ? ?Vegetarian options: Cheese toasties, large selection of cakes and pastries.Dietary restrictions: Different plant based milks available, and the food counters all have allergen displays in place too. The app helps stay informed before you get here too.

Not a nice experience, went in with my 70 year old mum she asked could she have chocolate on her latte went to put it on and the manager said keep your hands off grabbed it off my mum.she was argumentative and spoilt our whole experience she then said I don?t like your attitude shouting at my mum.my mum and I was very upset.won?t be going in ever again.
