All of the baristas made my visit so welcoming and the coffee was so tasty.
Free wifi
Dogs are welcome and the team members are so accommodating to disabilities.
Vegetarian options: They have a line of veggie and vegan cakes and Toasties that are pretty good
Dietary restrictions: No gluten free options other than small cake bars. I'm upset there's not gluten free sandwiches. There is also quite a bit of cross contamination but they use different utensils for veggie/vegan and if alerted to allergens the senior members of staff will make all accommodations possible
Parking: No parking nearby but there is a tramstop next to it
Kid-friendliness: Kids are so welcome here, I'm a regular and always see kids around here and Babyccinos free if it's just the milk one
Wheelchair accessibility: The shop is accessible. There aren't any steps, the door/ isle is wide and the toilet is wheelchair friendly but there is only one toilet for the whole shop. The door isn't automatic but there is a call button to request assistance and the staff are quite attentive.

Had a fantastic experience in store today. The store manager Libby was friendly, efficient and made a lovely drink! The team worked well together and had nice smiles on their faces. It was very clean, all cutlery was provided and the team cleaned up the store quickly, even in busy times. Definitely would come again!!

I come here often and have enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. The past few visits, not so much. I come to a coffee shop for food and coffee - not to be forced to listen to a bedraggled narcissistic barista sing at a ridiculous pitch for the entire visitRelentless, high-pitched nonsense. Unsolicited auditory torture. Attention seeking, narcissistic, sociopathic, excruciating assault of the senses. I wanted to hammer the overpriced mini panettone into my ears. I am not a joyless fun sponge. I love music. I did not love this ridiculous show of awfulness. Get this shop a music system so that customers don't have to endure this auditory assault from this absolute maniac.
