I ordered their new bubble tea, i recieved it and the straw was too thin for the popping boba to go through and when i asked, the employee told me to fish them out with a literal spoon :/ ???

A great little coffee shop in Piccadily Gardens. Staff friendly and nice and clean...Wheelchair accessibility: The tables aren't too close together and while we were there we saw a couple of people in wheelchairs and a lady on a large scooter came in, so plenty of room for wheelchair accessibility.

One of the worst experience I have faced yesterday evening , we came in around 6.30 pm we ordered americano cappuccino mocha orange juice and 2 sandwiches am the regular customer of costa coffee , I was standing in the till waiting to take my order 2 people in that area where they make coffee , rude girl and the guy who don?t speak much .The girl was so rude that I can?t explain it in words here she was not welcoming she made us feel this is not the right time to come to costa as we are closing it and this is the time for our closing .How can you hire such unprofessional people at your store just because she is white she was lacking manners and so rude .I waited their with friends at till she didn?t thanks us for waiting their or said hiya etc but she was rude when I ask take the order and she said you can?t see we are busy .At the end she don?t deserve to be like that in front with customers she should be polite with customers , she could have told us we are closing .Okay after they made our drink no one even call us that they are ready to serve .Unprofessional girl , I won?t be going costa anymore

I tend to go in the morning. Usually quiet. Always found service exceptional. Manager sets a good lead for the staff in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Even though there are 2 other Costa's on the same stretch, this would be my choice each time. It is also more spacious on entry in comparison to the others.Parking: Parking restricted area. Would need to find paying-car parksBetter to be arriving on Tram, which literally stops outside or by bus.

I think you can sit comfortably and relax. Facing Piccadilly Gardens, it's convenient for both takeout and eat-in.I don't think it's anything special, but it was a comfortable cafe.
