Phone system has two many options and the robot part is frustrating as hell. Really poor customer experience. Does not work. When phoning you want to be able to speak to somebody as soon as possible. Feels like you are being sent around in circles and passed from one deptarment to another!

Had no confirmation of policy, wasn’t provided proof of no claims when asked and charged £50 early termination fee. Avoid.
