Don't bother paying a premium to order from here on Deliveroo - they never have what you need in stock and never bother sending you substitutions that you've asked for and know they have. The staff are also exceptionally rude and act like your custom is a total inconvenience to them. Don't like the job? Work elsewhere. Don't make it everyone else's problem.

It's more or less the same as any other co-op but it's in didsbury, all the usual things you would expect. Groceries and hot and cold food are sold here and there is a kiosk that sells lottery tickets and tobacco etc. most of the other stuff is self service checkouts.

I was given a fuel voucher by my electricity supplier as I was struggling at the time. I've been to this shop on 3 occasions and I was unable to collect my fuel voucher as a lot of the staff don't know how to process fuel vouchers although the staff are friendly they should be trained to use the paypoint machine. Unfortunately I've been left without electricity on 3 occasions. Head office please train your staff properly!!! You get paid to have paypoint machines in your shops but yet only a couple of staff know how to use them efficiently rubbish really

Middle-aged bald cashier yelled at my friend who was trying to buy something! His nametag said Gary. We were trying to get some snacks in a group of 5, with 2 purchasing items. He started yelling about how there was too many of us and kicked three of us out! I must clarify we were calm, being respectful of other customers and obstructing nobody. As we left he began approaching us threateningly and shouting ?WHATS SO FUNNY?? multiple times. My friend has anxiety and was simply nervously laughing at his ridiculousness. She is now crying as I write this, which prompted me to leave this review. I wish no bad feelings, but he has made our experience negative and we would not like to return. Please ask Gary to fix his attitude!

Good store for its size , most things you need are stocked,maybe not the full range in manufacturers but enough for you to be able to get most things , lovely staff and a Costa machine ,what more do you need
