I was a regular customer here and loved to chat to zara she always made me feel welcome and knew i have special needs.
After my recent visit, RACHEL blonde hair ,snobby attitude accused me of shoplifting even when I had a hand full of cash and other hand bank card after visiting ATM instore. She shouted me to leave the store!! ? I have NEVER shoplifted and felt so embarrassed as other customers saw and heard the comosion.
I won't be returning to this store, as there was no apology even when RACHEL knew she was wrong!! Disgusting behaviour.?
Better service from raja Bros down the road and I hope co-op read this. ?

The Barton road store has quite a big range of fresh and frozen items - good choice of bread/ barms etc . Hot coffee and sandwiches- lunch items available as well as alchol - medications - magazines - household and beauty items.

Good local coop. I visit several times a week. Helpful staff, though they can be moody.

Handy local mini market. Good selection of chilled foods, smaller selection fruit veg., tinned foods etc, bakery items ( donuts etc)! Bread, milk & essentials. Pet foods, toiletries , beer wines & spirits.
Good members prices. Nice staff and 'open all hours'.

Well I was a regular shopper here until the encounter today with the elderly lady michelle,not sure what her problem was but she obviously has no heart for the job.terrible representation of a good supermarket.
I will switch to Tesco from now on for sure

Best shop in the lostock/sevenways area. Bigger range and unlike some of the other shops the staff are friendly and chat to customers.

So many items incorrectly priced (sooo many it's shocking). Staff on the till is a rare sight. Disproportionately priced goods compared to local competitors (and that's before you take it to the till and get charged more for it!). All round not a good time.

Very very unfriendly lady at the till this morning, wanted to pay with coins,and I gave it to her and she refused to count the money..I told her I am not so used to the pounds yet,I am from Europe..and she didn't even answered me.. that was really really unfriendly.
