We visited Green Quarters Co-op and purchased two meal deals. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the pricing, and the final bill didn?t reflect the expected deal. When we raised the concern, the manager on duty wasn?t able to understand the problem clearly. We requested a refund and suggested ringing the items separately, but were told that a refund wasn?t possible.
It was disappointing, especially since we expected a quick and simple resolution. We hope the staff receives better support in handling such situations in the future, as it can really affect the customer experience.

I was ripped off for £17.07. I ordered on the 14th of March 2025 on uber eats. The items from the order were not sent apart from 4pints of milk. I was sent 2 bars of chocolate £1.75 each in Tesco , 3 Cadbury eggs - that cost 85p each at Tesco and a bag of Cadbury stars. I am attaching pictures of my original order and what I received . Absolutely no conscience to cheat a customer. Appalling !!!

I was ripped off to the tune of 20 quid, maybe it was the driver, i don't know. But when 20 pounds worth of items don't arrive and I have to contact my bank to try and cancel this payment it is worrying.

The store is what you expect out of your average Co- op, however I do feel like that they are quite often out of stock of certain items. The fridges have been worryingly warm several times as well.

Asked a staff member (Stacy) where I went to collect my DPD parcel, it was like I?d asked her to donate me a kidney. An eye roll and huff and puff later and I got it but what a poor experience. Would happily get my parcels delivered miles away to avoid going here again.

They need to sort out their ways of keeping meat and dairy in a safe environment, i just bought a brie cheese that smels like rotten meat, when you go around the meat and fish area there is cadaver smell around it, this shouldn't happen when meat and fish products are sealed, i have purchased in the recent past chicken and fish meat that was not expired by age but it was in a decomposing condition with strange liquid and cadaver smell upon opening the casserole, its unbelievable how a food delivery chain can work without being checked and regulated, unless you buy fruit, vegetables or long shelf life products i wouldn't recommend this location, this should happen.

The self service machine broke after I'd payed. Reported it too the staff and got accused of stealing. Resulting in me paying twice (thankfully I had a credit card for the second attempt as it had emptied my debit) . I now get followed around the store, so actively avoid visiting.
Other nearby co-op shops have never treated me badly. Female manager is consistently very unfriendly.

Handy co-op just behind the Radisson Park Inn. It's tucked down by the canal.Don't be fooled by the "Food" in the name - you can also buy everyday essentials like toiletries.My brief interaction with staff was positive - a welcoming hello and smile. Thank you ?

I am delivery rider. on 18/8/23 I delivered items to disabled customer.but the customer said that two items items were missing. I went back to the retail & told them. a male staff said you lost it meaning "you took it". no more conversation I left the retail. PLEASE LET YOUR STAFFS TALK TO ANY ONE POLITELY.
