Don't think I've been to one inch of this store without the security following me,
The staff of the store are very friendly and nice, they deserve a raise but the security is the only bad thing about this shop

Decent, but a little too pricey. Very glad I got a membership, as it has been somewhat helpful. Have been hassled and followed by people begging outside - have mixed feelings on the constant security presence, and judging by several other reviews, there might be some dodgy profiling going on. Nicer (and safer) to shop in than the big ASDA (and often more well-stocked, weirdly), but it's the prices that hold me off visiting more often.
Door is a bit weird and clunky but that's a rather mild problem in the grand scheme of things.

I would just like to commend your lovely staff. Not one but three of your wonderful lunchtime employees just bent over backward to help a seriously disabled and highly confused customer in navigating a seemingly simple task of selecting a meal deal. What an absolute credit to your entire brand they all are.

Absolutely useless. Every single time you order from here they don?t follow substitute instructions, they cancel half the order, send you the other half, and getting a refund is impossible. If you can?t do delivery orders, just decline them!!!!!!!!!!!

Ridiculously expensive and security guards who profile whom they follow around the store because they think they might be a potential thief! Carried out a few experiments by going in there and watched them follow me always even though they they had been standing at the door with the "right people" in the store. As soon as I entered the store the security guards would leave his post to follow my movements meanwhile the real shoplifters (with the "right" skin colour) can get to work. I only go in there now if I'm truly desperate!

Fumin. Used to be able to get 10 pack of Jaffa cake bars for 50p but they?ve changed the price back to £2.

Best Convenience store in area specially for students as they get discounts and ready to go meal deals. Service standards are pretty good.

The staff are always polite and the tall gentleman on security is possibly the nicest person in the building. One time i was carrying too much to the self checkout and he just started helping, he always says hello and goodbye when he recognises us.Co-ops are kind of expensive but it?s just so convenient shopping here and the hours are very consistent so it?s become one of our go to stores really.The £6 bundle deals are also excellent when it?s the end of the month and the freezers are a bit empty!
