There's a guy who works at the cross street branch (customer service counter) How do I describe him. He has red hair, short beard and a shoulder length hair. He is very rude, aggressive, and unhelpful. Basically a bully who hides behind a thick glass wall.

I popped into branch as I was in a fix with a business banking enquiry. I called into the branch on Friday.I needed help initiating a ATM dispute.I wasn't getting anywhere with the online banking staff. A very helpful guy ( didn't get his name ) took the relevant details and initiated the ATM dispute for me to my great relief.Thank you staff at tha Manchester Branch.
