I cannot give zero stars so one will have to do.Please avoid this club or buying tickets for it through Fatsoma.Tickets for two males were purchased for 29th December 2023 through Fatsoma but upon arrival we were told that they were sold in error and we weren't allowed in.Jay, one of the bouncers, would not give us a reason as to why this was and would not provide his full name in the event of further queries regarding this.I believe it to be some scam between Club Liv and Fatsoma. Fatsoma did not provide a refund for the booking fee and also querying this with Club Liv on Instagram they chose not to respond, despite initially being responsive. Thankfully my bank have been extremely helpful in refunding the full funds. The customer should not be out of pocket and Club Liv and Fatsoma need to sort this out. Please avoid booking for this club either directly (if you can) or through Fatsoma and go somewhere else instead.

Extremely rude bouncers and it is not safe. Especially for girls!! I can?t emphasise more. Being push out of the club after an hour because one of the bouncers pushed me out of his way and I told him not to touch me. After that he continued to grab my arm and basically throw me out of the club. He must?ve been the head of the bouncers cause when I asked another guy from the security to help me he just looked at me and he didn?t do anything to help.First and last time going there. Girls stay safe up there!

I recently visited this venue with the intention of scoping it out for a significant business event. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by unprofessional behavior at the entry point. I purchased three tickets in advance via their website, only to be told by one of the staff that there was an ?error? and my tickets were invalid. A second staff member confirmed the tickets were valid, and we were eventually allowed in.I strongly believe that the first staff member?s decision was influenced by age discrimination. His attitude and the hassle he caused have led me to question the integrity of this establishment. Needless to say, I will not be considering this venue for any future personal or business events.

Will never be returning to this club. Booked a table for my birthday. 7 of us spent over £90 each. Rude staff from the minute we walked in walked down the stairs to get told to walk back up the stairs. The table we got put on wasn?t the best but we put up with it as we knew they wouldn?t move us anywhere else. Tried to charge me more than said. Bottle price is ridiculous. Every staff member In there seemed to have a problem with anything we did. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Not even worth a star. Travelled 4 hours for a night out for my fiancés birthday. Had a vip table booked over a month in advance. Paid the deposit and reconfirmed it on the day when we got to Manchester as we added an extra person to our table which they said was fine. When we arrived at the club the little girl on the door said our names were not on the list. We showed her the confirmation and explained that we?d travelled 4 hours for this night out but she refused to help even after seeing the confirmation. All she done was refund our deposit. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS CLUB. Even after reconfirming on the day and after paying the deposit they still got it wrong. Never felt so offended by an establishment that should be trying to assist you. The little girl on the door was so rude and couldn?t care less even after admitting it was a mistake on their side they done nothing to attempt to make things right. Wish I?d checked the reviews before booking as it seems like a regular pattern. Not sure why these club staff feel they have to be hostile to their clients, surely the opposite approach is what people are paying for? Honestly, I can?t stress enough how badly managed this place is.

Due to being so mad at the time, unfortunately, my reaction was to post a review. This has been edited.From brum with a VALID booking.The doormen who are Portuguese are very, very unprofessional.Humiliating and uneducated. Who gave them the authority, really!Spend money on the itenary of the club.Specifications of Dress Code on the website.Entry is really based on face value. Simple. Hence, not promoting the strict dress code.. Mek dem gwarn wid dem Nappy self.Whilst observing awaiting my cabbie. who they let in, oooh my gosh, if you ever witnessed the standards? . I was trying to work out the algorithm... A young lady had already entered the club. Had a drink, etc etc, came out to meet her boo to re-enter, errrr nope. because he was of different origin, they refused her entry back into the club. It's why she mentioned it. I'm relaying... Let me keep quiet. I've said enough.

Awful experience will not be returning. Rude staff and very unwelcoming.Booked a vip table for my friends birthday, treated very poorly, weren?t allowed to wear a birthday sash but other people were permitted to wear birthday tiaras etc..? Ridiculously priced bottles £280 for a £30 Bombay sapphire..? Weren?t allowed to spend table money on individual drinks.

They took my flipflops "havaianas" from my handbag and then told me that i can take them when I go out... when i went out they were gone and no one seemed responsable for that. Very disappointed. Wont come back. Spensive flipflop, spensive drinks... no worth

Travelled to Manchester for a night out yesterday. Only to wait in a queue for over an hour. A queue that bouncers had no control over to the point it was actually dangerous. They kept asking people to join a queue that wasn't even a proper queue. People entering the queue were just going to the edges and essentially jumping the queues. On busy nights they need to have longer barriers and also have bouncers on the outside to keep an eye on the queue. There were 8 of us in our group (1 male and 7 females). 3 of the girls were at the start of the queue and 5 of us just behind another group of lads of 3. The 5 of us were getting pushed and shoved therefore we left the queue after an hour to go to the front and ask how long it would be. One of the bouncers (Jay) had even seen us standing and waiting all that time. When we seen 3 of our group bring let it we spoke to the bouncer to say please can we go in as we had been waiting in the queue. The head bouncer Max said go in line go in line not listening at all to what we had to say he then proceeded to say I will not let you in. Right you're not coming in. We then went over to the exit area to the bouncer and said please could you let us in. He sent a text to one of the other bouncers and said go there and they will let you in. Again we approached and at this point Max even touched 2 of girls in our group moving them out of the way. He was rude and arrogant and had no control of the situation. Someone like this should not be not be in charge of doors! He couldn't even control the queue. Having someone line this will deter people from coming to the club at all.

Absolute SCAMMM! Invited me and my mates for free entry but then charged the only one of them that was a boy! Like dafuq?!?! #discrimination. And upon entry the looks we were getting was appalling, never felt more uncomfortable in my life especially during pride! And when questioned about it they told one of the bartenders not to serve my mate, worst club experience ever!! Will not be comin back
