I've paid a lot less for a room, and gotten much better experience.Beds are comfortable, blankets very thick.Room 470, there was a washing machine running right next to out room, well passed 11pm. Elevators are extremely loud and used all night. We barely slept being constantly woke up.Not very clean, red and black mould all around the shower in the grout. Shower head is something you would get at a youth camp or school. No hand towel racks anywhere other than inside the shower, so unusable...Pillows had stains on both sides, actually food left on the curtains in the room.Just one of these problems would be enough for me to not justify the 175 price tag but all is unacceptable.The manager covered our Breakfast and offered us a free upgrade next time to an exec room, which was lovely. The staff were the best bit.I said on the night, this room isn't worth 70 euros, now you couldn't offer it to me for free, I'd happily turn down the free room and pay somewhere else to avoid these problems we encountered.This is my first Clayton experience, but unfortunately, due to all the problems, also creating a terrible experience before flying, we would not use Clayton franchise again. The reason is, all of these problems are known and complained about, online in various other forums/review sites and they still gives rooms away at such a high price.

Had a good enjoyable stay over before our flight to Singapore and the same on the way back from Singapore breakfast was good qualityFood & drinks: My Evening meal was served cold but the waitress soon changed it for a hot one all sorted.Breakfast was buffet style and delicious.

Hotel is great. Lay out is a little strange but the rooms are good. Spacious and clean. Very sound proof! Bar and restaurant was very busy and because of this service was slow. Staff were lovely but we waited ages and I'm pretty sure we were forgotten about.

Room was big and clean, just missing some little things like bottle of water and the tea/coffie/sugar/milk tray can be restocked. Just looked tired....didn't like the dinner either.l however breakfast was a lovely spread.

Fred: Are the wings supposed to be this burned?Waiter: YesThe chilli is an offensively bad assembly of microwaved stuff that took a while and the wings were a bit too much ?on fire?The room smelled weird when I entered so I opened the window for a while, the lock was also broken out of the door.What a dump, I?m glad it?s just for one night

Rooms: Rooms are clean and well maintained.They could add a luggage rack , a box of tissue paper & body lotion amongst the toilet amenities.
