Staff are rude and speak to customers with a disgusting manner over asking for a receipt, staff member Seema or Siva, asked for a manager for her then be told to go in the back by the manager and proceeded to argue and speak disrespectfully to my partner and ignore what her manager had said

We had an wonderful experience at the store . Ms Khadija helped find right pair of shoes for my son and it was a task . She was patient and understood and didn't stop until she found perfect fit for him. Yet she went and called her Manager to reconfirm .. Even the manager was experienced and helped make decision. Loved shopping here

My mum was served by Anna who was extremely kind, professional and helpful in dealing with her. She took time to listen, help with putting shoes on and off as well as providing advice. What a wonderful experience we had today. Keep up the great work Anna.

Staff all hanging around, ignored while standing at the till. Had to ask to be served. One particular member of staff was not polite too direct. Some training required.

Fantastic service , staff are very pleasant and helpful. My son (toddler) wasn?t very cooperative when it came to measuring his feet and Alesha was very patient and calm with him. She was very attentive and made sure he was comfortable. All the staff were friendly, but Alesha went above and beyond. Thank you for an amazing service and having patience from start to finish. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Went into the Trafford centre store to pick my son some new school shoes. My son and I were met by an amazing person called Zahid who found the last pair of shoes my son wanted- an absolute star and will come to this Clarks again!

Went to the Trafford centre yesterday with my toddler. As it was quite early the shop was very quiet with only around 2 other customers inside. All of the foot measuring devices were readily available by the chairs so I sat down and attempted to measure my little one?s feet, the woman stood by the children?s area just stood there and watched me struggle. After a little bit I said out loud ?I don?t really know how to do this? and looked towards her for help. Instead of helping me or speaking to me and explaining the process, she shouted quite loud (in again an empty shop) ?if anybody would like feet measuring please see me for a ticket and wait your turn?. I felt embarrassed - I wasn?t being inpatient I genuinely didn?t know you had to wait for someone to assist you. I stood up and walked out. Very rude and unnecessary.

I'm long term Clark's customer and went to trafford centre Clark's store today. Bought two pairs of shoes from there. Overall experience from the shop manager was very poor. She was rude, abrupt, poor behaviour and did not properly respond to instore queries. Messed up the order as well.

Went there for two pairs of school shoes and a guy called Jamie helped us out he was really good and was extremely helpful couldn't fault him at all, would recommend and return in the future

Just like Clarks shoe shops, I remember as a child!
Lots of parents making sure that their kids have proper school shoes for the new upcoming school year.

went to measure feet, told me i?m size 4 then 4 1/2 and my other foot 5 1/2. Absolutely ridiculous. Never going back. Simple things like measuring feet the staff members could not perform.
