I will not use this company any more to order rail tickets. Firstly you can't get through on the phone I am always on hold for over 20 minutes each time I call. I have been chasing a refund of a train ticket since June, due to a rail strike on the day of travel, and still not have had the issue resolved.

So far, its taken 3 emails and 7 phone calls over 5 days to amend a simple train ticket, and they still haven't done it. If you email they don't respond and when you call they say its done and don?t do it.Over this time the price of the ticket has gone up, and on top of that, clarity want to take a 30£ fee even though the booking is free to amend by the carrier.Unfortunately I am stuck with Clarity because my employer uses them for business travel. If you have a choice and respect your time, avoid.
