Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Chorlton Carpet Centre! From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by their extensive selection of high-quality carpets. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect carpet that matched both my style and budget. The installation process was smooth and professional, and the end result exceeded my expectations. Paid for flooring and owner answered sounding intoxicated when I tried to arrange fitting date.Rang back several times and cut off. Paid over £1,000 and I now have no flooring .Be warned all is not what it seems with this shop . Keep your money and shop somewhere else that is a trustworthy and long established business unlike this one.

Don't be fooled by the good reviews like we were. It's been the worst customer service I've experienced in years. All good until the carpets were actually fitted. One carpet wasn't flat/tight so I contacted Mo to arrange for the fitters to come back to stretch the carpet. I was told the fitters would contact me to arrange a visit but they didn't. 5 further calls and a visit to the shop and they stilI didn't attend despite me agreeing dates/times with Mo. No explanation given just a multitude of excuses. Avoid like the plague.

I first dealt with Chorlton Carpets, which I didn't know was owned by the same people as Dave's Carpet Warehouse.'Cos of Covid', which has become a catchphrase ?, I subsequently rang and dealt with their main shop but they both contributed to an extremely positive experience, so I have posted the same review for them.The 1st gentleman I spoke to at Chorlton was extremely helpful, friendly and professional...I apologise but I can't remember his name. I knew I wanted LVT for the living room and hall and a new carpet for the stairs and landing. He went through various options, my likes and dislikes and asked my budget, then arranged for Mo to come out with samples and to measure.Mo was great. I had found the name of a particular carpet that I liked and wanted and I already have in the kitchen. He was able to source it for me and worked out the best way to get the most out of the square footage to minimise the price. He was very knowledgable about the floor fitting as he used to do it himself. I had been confused and undecided about whether to have glue down or click LVT because of the conflicting information out there and he helped me make a decision with pros and cons for both.Their quote for the carpet and fitting was the best of 3 that I had. The LVT click that I chose is a new brand/type but was within my budget and just what I had been looking for.I booked in for the delivery and fitting and paid a deposit for the materials.I then had a nightmare with my revamp project, 'cos of Covid' and because my plasterer did a terrible job, culminating in the plaster on the ceiling on the stairs coming down and having to be redone ??I had to reschedule the fitting date 4 times!I was speaking with their main shop in Stretford by tten and they were brilliant. Really understanding and helpful.I finally had the carpet and flooring fitted yesterday. The fitters Zack & Steve, were fab and I'm absolutely over the moon with the end result.Dave's Carpet Warehouse will be my 1st port of call in the future and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.Thank you so much...my house is transformed!

Brilliant. I needed a quick new carpet for my staircase and landing before I sell my house to tidy it up. I received great service in the shop choosing a carpet and booking the fitting. And then a week later the carpet fitters came to fit the carpet. They were friendly and got the job done in a little over an hour. Carpet is well fitted and good quality. Happy customer!
