So disappointed. Caramel chicken was soggy and bland, and I've never had a sweet and sour chicken that literally has zero flavour before. The rice was literally like microwave rice that they've thrown into a pan with some frozen veg. It was greasy and soggy with that microwave packet smell you get from uncle Ben's. We've been to chopstix before and I don't remember it being this bad :(

Went to Chopstix in Arndale on Sunday , customer service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious. It was obvious to tell that it was freshly made . I would highly recommend this place

I?ve had chopstix so many times over the last 2 months as I work in town. When I visited the Trafford centre I was extremely surprised how much nicer and fresher the food tasted there, compared to what I had been eating in Manchester Arndale food court.\\nI am giving this feedback because there is hardly anyone eating there compared to the other food court restaurants, which is a shame.\\nThere is no consistency in Arndale from day to day. One day the noodles taste beautiful and the next day they taste very bland.\\nToday I had caramel chicken and it tasted nothing like the other times I?ve had it, there was hardly any flavour at all, the sauce was not sticky. however the salt and pepper chicken was delicious. The staff are all nice but don?t really seem to care about presentation of the food, only bothered about CAREFULLY making sure they don?t put too much food in your box. They even let some food fall off the spoon before putting it on. they do it all the time so I think they must have been told by management not to be too generous. This is not a good idea Chopstix and you will not save money this way.\\nMy honest feedback is that you train kitchen staff the same in all restaurants, ask the Trafford centre cooks to show them how to properly use seasoning and fill the box up. I like that you use fresh vegetables, proper rice and the sauces (when done properly) are lovely. There is obviously a standardised recipe but they are not always following it. Consistency is key because although it?s a really nice takeaway I won?t waste my money to keep coming back on my lunch break if I am not satisfied.

Visited yesterday with my family at Arndale food court.\\nVery friendly staff and serve with smiles.\\nThe guy at the tills suggested me to pay £1.95 extra for a drink and side saved me alot of money of family meals.\\nMust try their shrimp and fried chicken with sauce.\\nOverall, the experience and food was wonderful and for sure value for value.

Excellent service. Tried chopstix for the first time yesterday, A girl took the order, was quick and had a big smile, and when paying for the food a guy on till offered me meal deal which I never knew about, very helpful and energetic. Food was fresh and tasty and service was great. Will definitely try again

Staff are pleasant but food is terrible. The chicken is the formed stuff with the strange texture. Nothing about the food tastes fresh. Definitely won?t eat there again. Much nicer options in the Arndale market.

I applied for a job here, and got a call back which was great! However, the interview was booked for 10 minutes after the email was sent. I rescheduled and got no confirmation it had gone through. Not even an email.\\n\\nI called up and spoke to the manager to make a complaint about this incredibly poor management of future employees, extremely dismissive, hung up on me right after I asked to cancel the interview.\\n\\nGlad i'm not working here. Will be making complaints to higher ups.

Very tasty food!! Nice to have as a treat. I ordered noodles with salt and pepper chicken and bbq chicken and it tasted so good. The noodles actually taste fresh in my opinion.

The noodles taste like rubber. I am writing this review 5 minutes after eating and I currently feel like ripping out my stomach from body because of how bad the food tasted. PLEASE NEVER EAT HERE!
