Just had one of the worse carbonara?s in the world. It came out super quick obviously microwaved it but it wasn?t even hot and the sauce was very watery. I just paid the bill and left. Italian restaurant can?t even do a carbonara right big red flag ?

1 star is generous, would give 0 if I could DO NOT eat the chicken from here, originally ordered a chicken burger which came out pink - then sent it back then half the chicken came back out literally RAW as if only the outside had been cooked?! Absolutely awful, please avoid this place for dinner could literally give people food poisoning and wouldn?t be surprised if it unfortunately already has, wait staff are pleasant enough but just children with no clear direction needs serious work or shutting down

Absolutely awful.
The wine tastes like ginger and for the first time in my life I sent it back. The 2nd wine wasn?t much better and tasted cheap.
Food was awful, even beans were cooked badly and I don?t think can now how you can do that.
The sauce with the food was so bad I couldn?t even bare the smell of it.
The front of house staff were lovely and over worked

Went on Sunday 15.00hrs. Great Negroni and Grappa. Super staff and awesome manager. She was soo helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Antipasto and calamari excellent.

I went for a coffee. The waitress spilt the milk all over the table, I saw her double take when it happened. I thought she was going to apologise, but she didn't. I assumed she was going to get a cloth, which she didn't. The coffee was so dark and horrid that I paid and went to the Starbucks. Milk gets split from time to time, but not cleaning it up when you charge nearly 4 for a coffee is just wrong.

This is, by a good margin, the worst food I?ve ever been served at a restaurant. The sirloin steaks (what the restaurant called them, I wouldn?t) were poorly prepared, undercooked (not medium as ordered) and two awful sinewy pieces with large chunks of fat. The sauce was watery and tasteless. The juice was nearly as bad as the food. Absolutely shameful

We popped into this place, which we have been to many of this chain and it was dreadful?. It really let itself go compared to previous meals in our own town. There were two waiters on, the young lad was kind but was constantly on his phone, so made it look like he didn?t care!
I had the chicken Millinase burger which was good but the chips were shocking, the smallest fries I have ever seen, it was like eating air..
My mum ordered a goats cheese salad, and the cheese was bland no flavour and the salad leaves were brown.. even after complaining the guy said ?oh it?s just the dressing?, the salad leaves are brought in fresh, but I?m sorry everyone knows a brown salad is not at all appealing to eat.
The meal spoilt an amazing day watching the tennis. They did take the salad off the bill, but the guys in the kitchen didn?t seem fussed and noisy!
Would not recommend, need a change of on floor staff, no atmosphere.. the table next to us left as they didn?t even get a chance to order after 15 mins of waiting for order to be taken..

Not the best example of Carluccio's. The place is overdue much TLC and perhaps adequate staffing. This indicates the business has reduced spending in these areas to its own detriment.
Cleanliness isn't great as the windows had a considerable build-up of filth/grime/smearing. The toilets/toilet area didn't feel very clean overall. Most air vents etc were dirty and in need of cleaning. Very little deep/detail cleaning on the whole. Lots of grimy/grubby areas ??
The gents toilets were out of order (with no written suggestion of which other toilets to use) so I used the ladies. The soap dispenser bottle was a nightmare to use as the frame it was held in wouldn't allow the pump to be pressed down (what use is this)?! I was able to slightly/awkwardly raise the bottle to be able to press the pump, but then the liquid soap shot over the sink and onto my clothing. Sigh!
The whole place just needs some attention to detail. The waiting staff were pleasant/did their best and the food I ordered was great (a tuna steak for £24).

Only one member of front of house staff and he was clearly under a lot of pressure poor guy. Chef had to help out at one point, maybe time to hire more people? Coffee was cold and we paid almost £5 for smoothies which I?m convinced were just Innocent smoothies from the Sainsbury?s downstairs. Same flavour, same colour, same everything - but double the price! The caff round the corner from where I live does them fresh for £3. Food was good tho.
