Today I went into the Swinton branch to purchase cards, the assistant on the payment area got top marks 10 out of 10 . Busy Saturday, but focused on giving 100% GOOD customer experience. The other assistant too was engaged with the balloons that were in great demand, she too was giving TOP service to her customers.
Many thanks to all. Unlike other stores in Swinton Shopping Centre!!

Love their cards and gift range. Staff are friendly and helpful, they will take you to the section of cards if you can't find what your looking for. If they see you may need assistance they will come and ask you if you need any help.

Was helped today off a lovely girl called Danielle she was so helpful and polite I was struggling and other staff didnt take a notice but Danielle took time away from a job she was already in the middle of to help me. Such a hard worker should be recognised for this!
