Lovely staff, my GO TO for all my balloon needs. The silver and lilac were not blown up fully and deflated within a day, the rest lasted and were very much appreciated!

The staff ruined our birthday celebration yesterday, they were closing and in a hurry sent me with half filled balloon to the shop nearby which when I reached in 4 minutes was closed. Came to them to get something else as there was no point of the balloon but they were closed and blaming me for telling me before hand but they told me the balloon will be filled but will take time!

It's a card shop, so not really reviewing the shop, but the guy serving was so friendly (around 9:30 on the 5th of June). Made sure I could find what I needed and went out of his way to have a general chat with all the customers.

Amazing and exceptional customer service by Sophie and Emma.T. They both did an amazing job. Thank you so much to Emma.T as she was lovely and kind as was Sophie!The store was really busy, but both girls did an amazing job in compartmentalising and balancing out the customers in a really nice professional manner! ?

It?s a very nice experience to select what I want for my best friends and relatives here.Especially when I saw the words ?Welcome back home ?,I feel really warm and I do think that people should using words to express their feeling to close relationships. Cards are the best way to show something which may hard to express face to face,but your feeling will transfer to them through words on the paper. And I will bring this magic to China which I also have own for a long time!

What on earth is this shop about??2 young girls alone trying to serve customers as well as blow up balloons?I wait 10minutes in the que then get told its going to be about 10-15mins for my balloons to he inflated.NOT ACCEPTABLE!Waiting waiting waiting???
