My daughter needed an emergency asthma inhaler and the owners couldn?t have been more helpful. I called them first thing on a Sunday, and they told me to come in immediately, they called 111 from their own phone, got the inhalers in really quick time. Absolute lifesavers.

I wish I could give them 0 rating. I strongly recommend people to avoid this pharmacy. Their pricing for meds are up to the roof. I bought naproxen last week which has 14 tablets for £18, when I questioned the price they said it's private and not linked to NHS. Today I got another prescription with 28 tablets and bought it from Tesco pharmacy for £2. That was the most rip off I've ever seen. I was told as they are private they could charge you any price and can even say £50 for a £1 tablets. The only advice I can give is to avoid them and look up for pharmacies that are working with NHS to get a competitive reasonable price.

The woman pharmacist is so rude and has zero people skills. Shouldn?t be allowed to work with vulnerable people who are coming in for medication.

I've never written a bad review before but this pharmacy's staff were so exceptionally rude and unprofessional that i feel like I need to make my complaint debut. The little pharmacist man was raising his voice, rolling his eyes and shaking his head at people coming in. Another staff member loudly complained about having to check my issue, refused to see me in a more private space, told me to lift up my shirt in the middle of the busy pharmacy and then proceeded to loudly and rudely talk about the quite sensitive issue. This isnt even all of it, you would expect to see more professionalism and general charisma at a mcdonalds.

Women talked on the phone for 30 minutes and ended giving me the wrong product! Avoid at all costs!

ANGELS, absolute angels. Having resolved new pharmacy or so I thought with my surgery in Salford, I arrived at Boots to collect my tablets, only to be told that my particular brand was not stocked there, showed me the electronic request by my surgery whom I told specifically to write the brand only - nothing, even though receptionist pretended to tap away when I told her that she needed to request it electronically??? However, Boots Pharmacy recommended that I try these pharmacists on Oxford Rd, stress free angels, helped me, advised me and actually made my day - stress free so a shout out to Victoria, Barbara and Valerie - beauties one and all.....

Wonderful find, wide range of products and friendly helpful staff. Visiting Manchester and needed iron tablets. Thought I would need to find a Boots but passed this place with a CHOICE of iron products (tablets/liquid) normal meds etc for pharmacy, toilettries I would also struggle to find, even hats and scarves. Lady on counter polite and helped me find what I couldnt see. Would definitely recommend. Happy customer.
