Coffee Nero was really busy on Saturday. Many people visited this coffee shop. In addition to the delicious coffee, there were also many delicious foods to share. Although the queue was really long, it was nice to be able to sit down and drink a cup of delicious coffee and rest. It's really a happy feeling to go to other stores and buy loot after taking the rest.

Currently experiencing an ice storm with temperatures at -5 degrees Celsius; enjoying coffee cake and ginger biscuits, however, the uncleanliness of the sofa and presence of fruit flies are significantly detracting from the experience.

Stopped for a coffee bit no cake. This time was 7 pm ams, and I'm still very busy with a que it wet down quite quickly, though. Nice strong coffee here.

Horrendlously dirty! You would think such a busy branch would be well staffed but quite the opposite - small amount of overworked and stressed staff trying to manage such a big intake of customers results in an extremely dirty place from the seating to the tables! Never mind the lengthy queues. Badly managed, NOT RETURNING!

I had a little mishap where I accidentally knocked a glass off the counter, causing a bit of trouble for the staff. But despite the inconvenience, they couldn?t have been kinder?they even went out of their way to give me another coffee on the house. A truly friendly and welcoming team, making this a perfect spot for studying or just relaxing with a great international vibe.
Dietary restrictions: They?ve got options for dietary restrictions too
Parking: On weekends, it can be difficult to find a parking spot.

Difficult to differentiate between coffee houses these days but this place just feels more personable than the Starbucks and Costa outlets.

I went in with my daughters, they both got a fancy chocolate drink with cream, i can't remember the name and they got 2 different slice of cakes, they loved it
I gave 5 stars for drinks and cakes because my girls always get them
I liked the atmosphere, that's why i gave 5 stars because people were relaxing, enjoying their drink, it was calm and the lights weren't bright, i liked it because I'm very sensitive to lights.
Some lady came in and sat down to charge her phone and she just took her coat of and as she sat down, she said, i needed this,she seemed so relaxed, she went on her phone chatting away, no one said, anything to her
Service was good, they cleaned up as the customers left
We sat for a while even when the girls finished their drinks
My girls come here alot, every time they're in Trafford
Vegetarian options: I'm not sure if the dishes are labelled vegetarian
If not they should be because it's easy for none vegetarian
Then more people will go in who are vegetarian
I prefere disposal cups because I'm very fussy
They do have variety of selection

We visited here as we had about 30 minutes to kill whilst we were waiting for some glasses at boots
We were quite hungry and wanted to avoid the food court
The drinks were automatically assumed as large it turned out to be quite expensive
And a tuna melt which was £5.60 had literally no cheese in there whatsoever you could hardly call it a melt and the tuna was not great either it was a thinnest bit of tuna I?ve ever had. I definitely won?t be ordering the tuna out from here again .
The case looks great as there?s some of the other types of food, but the Panini?s were not great at all

Got this luxurious hot chocolate only for £1 using my three+ rewards app. The staff at the cafe were so generous to accept the vouchers.

Although it was a very hectic Saturday, the lovely gentleman who works here named Vincent had made me and my family feel very positive with his great customer service skills!! Will return again. He also made our drinks nice.

This is a very nice coffee shop located in The Trafford Centre.its located on the ground floor.the coffee was excellent and the staff were excellent and very friendly.the shop is easy to get to and has easy access for the disabled.it however it can get very busy .

Every shot glass was left dirty on the espresso machine. Not a single one was changed the whole time i was in the coffee shop.
I was told they dont change them for 2hrs.
This is probably why the coffee tastes bitter. 2hr old stale coffee in every person's drink.

I always visit here out of peak times and still have to wait a while to be served. Staff are well mannered and work hard, unfortunately they are understaffed to be coping.
One more barista needed at the least.
