I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this establishment. The service was rushed and the staff did not seem interested in listening to my requests. I specifically ordered a decaffeinated coffee, but what I received tasted strongly of caffeine and left me unable to sleep for the entire night. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.

I have been using cafe Nero for years, especially this branch and I am have always enjoyed the drinks and the atmosphere, and I have to mention the main staff here are amazing, professional and look after the regular customers,however, this time we had one of the worst coffee ever, cold, terrible looking, and literally half-cup full coffee, it seemed that the staff (not main staff) were so lazy that she could not be bothered to heat up enough milk to fill 2 cups, and once we returned them she just added cold milk to them like I don?t care, shocking customer service, very disappointed

I?ve loved this Didsbury store and used it regularly for years. It closes at 7.00, and when I went today at 6.15, I was refused a proper cup, he said it was policy to only use take away cups after 6.00, we?ve had proper cups there for years, after work. Totally unacceptable - any coffee shop or garage can offer that!! ! I didn?t bother - totally changed my feelings about Nero. I felt totally unwelcome - we spend over 1.5 grand there every year! His attitude was awful - I felt a nuisance being there

I?m Im not sure if the staff have changed recently? The drinks used to be nice but I?ve been twice over that past 3 months and both times the drinks were awful. Coffee bitter and chai latte had no taste at all. To be fair, they did remake the drinks for us but unfortunately they were still not good at all. Also very dirty place: tables not clean, floor dirty full of used napkins, chairs full of crumbs. Won?t be visiting again. Plenty of much nicer places around here now, Gail?s, Caramelló and Afti all lovely, just a shame they are shut by 4pm.

Stopped here on spec as we didn't know the area and had a curry, rice and naan bread dish. Hot, tasty and served promptly. This is is obviously a "Local" pub, despite being on a main road.Parking: Car park is right outside the pub and I'd guess there were 25-30 parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: Don't have kids so can't comment.Wheelchair accessibility: Seemed reasonable with toilets on the ground floor.
